Monster (Yaoi Plot)

This takes place modern times.

Fifteen years prior to the start of the story, a woman ran away from an abusive husband. Since she was a girl of sixteen, she had been beaten and raped by this man. Eight years later, she is desperate to escape. With their two year old son in tow, she steals the car and takes off into the night. She drives and drives, losing track of how long she has been driving. All she knows is that she goes until the car breaks down. Then, she gets out and starts walking, and she doesn’t stop until a kind stranger offers them a ride. She is grateful, sleep deprived, and caught between dreams and reality. Stupidly, she trusts the man and goes back to his house. Luck is in her favor, as she finds a safe haven in his home. For a year, she lives in bliss, remaining in his house unmolested and well cared for. He is a kind man that takes care of all of her needs without asking anything in return. Just as she begins to trust him, she notices how he looks at her son. Bothered by this and the realization that they still aren’t safe, she tries to sneak away again. Unfortunately, he catches her. After sending the child back into the house, he kills her.

The boy never learns what happened to his mother. He can vaguely remember the night she left, but not much else of her. The man that killed her became like a father to him. He adored the boy, thinking that he was the most beautiful creature in the world. Refusing to share him with the world, he tells him that he is hideous, monstrous, deformed, and no one will ever love him. Selfishly, he abuses the boy and convinces him that no one will ever love him, except for him, his father and guardian. So the child grows, knowing only self loathing and the world on this man’s land. He is sheltered and protected.

Shortly after his fifteenth birthday, the man’s admiration and adoration of the boy shift to something darker. His love for the boy becomes corrupt. Just as it lead him to destroy the boy’s mother, he is driven towards the boy. He does not mean him harm, not in his mind at least, but his intentions are still harmful. Since the boy was just a toddler, he has always watched him with a lingering gaze, eyeing him constantly, almost as if he is possessed by something and unable to look away. That grows to more. At first, it is small things, gentle touches and soft smiles, but it grows, first to kisses that aren’t quite right and then games that aren’t comfortable. Finally, after a few months of this torture, the man rapes him. The boy screams and fights, but he is not strong enough, and in the end, his body is broken, but not his spirit. The man leaves, just as he does every day, and the boy goes for the door. In his mind, he accepts that this man no longer loves him. Because of how ugly and monstrous he is, the man hurt him in an attempt to chase him away. So convinced of his disgusting appearance, he believes this to be true and believes that he deserved the pain, but a man as good and kind as the man that suffered his hideousness for so long should not be punished any longer. He takes a change of clothes, something to hide his deformed face, and a cloak to sleep under, but nothing else.

The boy does not know how to read, do math, or properly interact with strangers. He is lost, confused, and an easy target. Before long, he learns and accepts the concept of money. If he wants to eat, he needs money. There is little charity for him, but he does not have the skills to earn this money. He turns to the only thing he does have: his body. He had seen the man naked enough to know that his body, though small and delicate, was normal. The root to his ugliness lay in his face. So, as long as he kept it hidden, he could sell his body off in hourly shares.

Two years have passed. The boy now knows the tricks of the body, but not much else. He is caught in a hollow shell of a person. His self loathing is deep, and he feels that he deserves the pain he suffers every night in a struggle to get by.

Your character sees him and saves him.
Maybe he is just another broken soul living on the streets. Maybe he is a paying customer. Maybe he is from a completely different world, but he sees him and saves him.
I want it that your character does not see his face until later on. In fact, your character is convinced that mine is absolutely hideous. This starts out as friendship that develops into a love that surpasses physical appearances.
Your character needs to be dominant for the most part. This kid is seriously broken and far too timid to be dominating. Later on, he might be, but that would be much, much later.

Obsessive old man will come into the plot eventually, as well as several other twists. Be prepared if you wanna claim this.
